An award-winning $15M+ redevelopment of one of South East Queensland's most established licensed clubs. Delivered within a six-month programme, the project presented significant complexity including live venue operations throughout construction, latent conditions requiring active management, and the coordination of multiple specialist trades within a constrained existing building footprint. Independent client-side oversight ensured that programme pressure, cost exposure and contractor claims were actively managed from the outset. The club subsequently engaged KVR for Stage 2 — the strongest endorsement of project delivery performance.
