I started KVR Project Partners because I saw a gap in the market for genuinely independent, engineering-led project management. Too many projects are delivered by firms with commercial ties to builders, designers or suppliers — where the advice given is shaped by those relationships rather than the client's best interests.
My career began in 2002 as a Site Engineer in the UAE, where I spent over a decade delivering landmark projects across Dubai and Oman — including a $300M residential development on the Palm Jumeriah, a $218M resort and spa, and multiple high-rise towers totalling hundreds of millions of dollars in construction value.
Returning to Australia, I moved through progressively senior roles across Melbourne's construction sector — delivering schools, hospitals, civic buildings and residential developments — before relocating to South East Queensland where my focus shifted to the licensed club and hospitality sector. Projects like Carina Leagues Club, Redcliffe RSL and Club Helensvale sharpened my understanding of the unique pressures that venue operators face when delivering capital works in a live environment — where the project cannot stop the business from operating, and where every decision has an immediate commercial consequence.
In 2025, I established KVR Project Partners — bringing together everything learned across both sides of the industry into a single, independent practice. Having worked on the builder side, I understand how contractors think, where margin is, and how claims are constructed. Having led projects on the client side, I understand what owners actually need — clarity, control and someone in their corner who will not compromise that position.
With over $1B in project value delivered across a 20+ year career spanning the Middle East and Australia, I bring a depth of experience that few client-side practitioners in South East Queensland can match.
